Notice to all students in gap year for the 2025-2026 academic year

The University will be closed from 24 July to 19 August 2025.

If you are starting your gap year internship* in early September, you must have your internship agreement validated in July.

The deadline is tight, with specific dates to be respected:

• Register on e-candidature between 3 and 10 July
• 48 hours after registering: go to TSM Connect and check that the academic year and degree are those for 2025-2026
• Then submit your agreement request (check the information and submit all the documents required for a valid request) and notify your programme head by email so that they can approve it quickly.
• The internship service will review your request and send it to the company and to you. Return the agreement (by email) to the internship service signed by all parties.

If you register after 10 July, the internship service will not be able to guarantee that your application will be processed.

It will be processed after the summer holidays.

Reminder:

• No internship may begin without a validated and signed agreement.

• *Any gap year projects other than internships must be the subject of an educational agreement request (see internship info).
