Working daily with entrepreneurs on managing and structuring of their wealth according to their needs :
- Participated in the acquisition and the management of client relationships.
- Collaborated in the reflexion and redaction of investments proposals in life insurance, Private Equity, Structured products and Real Estate with a personal analysis of the client's needs.
- Participated at different private equity meeting and events in order to strengthen links between CA INDOSUEZ and local Private Equity fund to create synergies between both in order to provide more value to clients.
Analyst front office in real estate structured finance - intern

From October 2021 to March 2022
Analysing, structuring financing and refinancing for real estate assets from 50M€ to 1Bn€ :
- Preparation of real estate financing through analysis of a counterparts' financial situation and business plan.
- Realised precise real estate market analyses by sector of activity and geographical area.
- Drafted and presented annual reviews of 5 portfolio's fundings from 50M€ to 400M€.
- Carried out the preparation, structuration and presentation to the committee of a 300M€ financing on a prime retail asset in close collaboration with the fund manager.
