Credit analyst in syndication and structured finance
Bank of China Luxembourg branch , Luxembourg - Internship
From March 2022 to August 2022
Assist in the whole process of more than 10 loan projects (more than 2bn euros) for key corporate clients, in fund financing, syndication finance, etc., in industries like TMT, health, renewables, etc.
KYC/AML on-boarding: PEP, Adverse media check, document update, check SMO/intermediaries;
Credit analysis; Internal rating, risk classification; Support regulatory and audit reviews;
Research & marketing: wind farm industry, green finance;
Post-lending management: drawdown, update of clients’ information; ODD, high-risk control
Assist in the management of 7 branches across Europe: perform monthly analysis and reporting
