🎓 Alumni Q&A: Ask anything to help you succeed after graduation
Graduation is approaching, and with it come many questions: What happens after graduation? What should you focus on first? How can you continue to grow once you enter the workforce?
Organized by Highered, the Alum AMA: Ask Me Anything is an open discussion designed for students nearing the end of their studies and future graduates. Hosted by Dr Noushan Memar, this session offers you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about life after graduation and to benefit from advice based on the experience of a professional who supports graduates on a daily basis.
During this session, you can ask all your questions, including about:
- the first few months in a new job
- building your professional identity
- managing uncertainty
- your long-term career development and continuing education

About the speaker
Dr Noushan Memar is an Alumni & Engagement Specialist at Mälardalen University. She works on a daily basis to support recent graduates in their transition into the world of work, helping them to shape their career paths, overcome periods of uncertainty and find a direction that aligns with their aspirations.
Drawing on her experience working with alumni, she will share practical advice and insights to help you approach this new stage with confidence.
