Team Leader at RBKC-Mental Health project, with 30 staff delivering high quality support to 29 residents with complex and enduring mental health needs. I work with the team managing the support needs of people who have complex mental illness and social support needs. I provide them with a variety of help when it comes to their iving situation. In addition to that I have the management tasks such as organising the shift pattern, payroll, absence management, learning and development, 1-1 supervision, strategy implementation, quality audits, external reporting, internal reporting, new client referrals, and management of partner relations.

I was asked to conduct a research project into news consumption about religion in South Africa. We developed a mobile phone app that simulated news consumption (television, newspapers, and social media) and were able to track usage from participants to explore the findings related to larger narratives about Religion and media usage in society.

My research examined how non-Muslim people in Britain interpret media reports about Islam and Muslims.
The research will hope to garner a greater understanding into the following questions:
1. How is Islam portrayed in British newspapers and television news?
2. In this portrayal of Islam in the British media, what key themes emerge, and how are such themes treated?
3. How are media portrayals of Islam received and experienced by their audiences in light of their own religious/secular interests and everyday media practices?

1. Is the own race bias effect present in moving images or only static images?
2. What is the cause of differences in effect of the own race bias between moving and static images?
3. How does the own race bias effect in moving images inform us about everyday social interactions?

My first bachelor dissertation discusses, Karl Marx and his work, within liberation theology and more specifically the work of Alistair Kee.
